Usually, yes, but not in every case. For manufacturers such as Siemens, Control Techniques, Fanuc or equipment such as drives, servo motors, HMI's, power supplies, we have test benches. For the equipment that we can NOT test, we will ask the customer for as much information as possible in order to simulate as much as possible the behaviour of the equipment in the machine.
Of course. And they come with a 12-month warranty to ensure they'll run smoothly. In exceptional cases we will always inform you before making the sale.

No. We take care of the collection and return of the equipment. You only have to worry about protecting the equipment with good packaging, sometimes they can suffer damage during transport, we must avoid this.
The form of payment is cash once the repair is completed. But after the first service, our risk department will be happy to evaluate other more convenient payment methods.
All our repairs are guaranteed for up to 12 months. If the equipment does not work, we will check it without any additional cost and repair it again to make it functional. In the remote case that it never works, we will pay 100% of the repair cost. (Does not include express service)
